Redding Reloading Equipment has launched a new die set focused on fulfilling customer requirements derived from feedback. The introduction of innovative sets such as the National Match, Master Hunter and the Premiums over the last few years responds to evolutions in the category and the expressed preferences of consumers. The latest release, the Redding, Type S Elite die set, is also a result of the feedback obtained from customers and is available for 85 different cartridges.

The Type S Elite set encompasses a Type S Bushing Full Die, a Type S Bushing Neck Die, and the unparalleled Redding Competition Seating Die. All Type-S dies use an interchangeable bushing to regulate neck diameter and tension within 0.001” increments. Hardened steel bushings are obtainable; however, they are also available with a TIN (Titanium Nitride) coating for additional lubricity. This feature enables handloaders to obtain complete control and precision when setting the appropriate neck tension without any apprehension of manipulating the brass located in the case neck excessively. Furthermore, these bushings are free-floating and thereby self-center on the case neck for a higher degree of sizing accuracy. These elements not only offer an enhanced degree of command but also significant improvements in the consistency and accuracy of the final loaded rounds.
