The Redding Type S Elite die set is now available for 85 different cartridges based on customer feedback. This set includes a Type S Bushing Full die, a Type S Bushing Neck die, and the Redding Competition Seating die. The Type S dies use an interchangeable bushing to control neck diameter and tension to an increment of 0.001". The bushings are made of hardened steel and some are coated with TIN (Titanium Nitride) for greater lubricity. This feature allows for precision when setting appropriate neck tension without overworking the brass in the case neck. Additionally, these bushings are free-floating and self-centering on the case neck, providing a higher degree of accuracy and consistency for the final loaded rounds.
