Introducing the LSS-RF Gen2, the latest version of the popular MDT chassis system designed specifically for .22LR caliber rifles. The new model features M-Lok pattern attachment slots on the sides and bottom of the forend, barricade-stop grooves ahead of mag-well, and a side-relieved mag well.

The LSS-RF Gen 2 boasts V-shaped bedding and a free-floated forend that support barrel contours up to 1" in diameter and significantly improve accuracy. Made of billet 6061-T6 aluminum, the chassis is available in Cerakote™ finishing in Black or Flat Dark Earth (FDE). At 1.4lb to 1.6lb in weight, it is lightweight and compact, and the same size as LSS.

The chassis system accommodates carbine AR-15 buttstocks, but fixed buttstocks can also be mounted with the use of a fixed stock adapter. In addition, the Savage Mark II, CZ 455, and Ruger American® models can use iron sights with the LSS-RF Gen 2 due to its compact buttstock interface, while MDT recommends using a stock with a cheek riser for scopes. The chassis system is compatible with all factory barrel contours.

Please note that the LSS-RF Gen2 chassis system does not include a butt stock, pistol grip or other components. The Ruger American® requires two OEM fixing components in addition to the magazine, and the CZ455 will not work with the CZ455 tuning trigger.

To enhance customization, the LSS-RF chassis accepts any AR-15 carbine buttstock and pistol grip (purchased separately), and mounting holes on the bottom of the forend are spaced for Magpul style L5 (11 slots) and L3 (7 slots) rails (1.600” / 3.200”), compatible with MDT’s Aluminium Picatinny Rails with Flush Cup Sling Mounts.

The LSS-RF Gen2 features an up to 21% accuracy increase, CNC machining from 6061 aluminum, Cerakote finishing in black or flat dark earth, M-LOK compatibility, lightweight design, a modular forend, and accommodates barrels up to 1" in diameter. It has a length of pull of 11.5”-14.75” (based on Hogue stock) and is compatible with OEM magazines.
