The MDT LSS Chassis is a drop-in ready rifle upgrade that enhances tactical versatility, ergonomics, and accuracy while remaining compact and lightweight. The chassis features a V-shaped bedding and recoil lug area for maximum accuracy potential with repeatability, and the handguard provides plenty of space for free floating even bull barrels. The forend includes mounting holes for Magpul® L5 and L3 rails. The one-piece MDT LSS Chassis accepts any collapsible AR-15 buttstock for added versatility or can accommodate a fixed buttstock using a fixed stock adapter. Users can customize the chassis with any AR-15 pistol grip, although those without a beavertail or with a soft (bendable) beavertail are recommended for the best fit.

The Howa 1500/Weatherby Vanguard Short Action Stocks require MDT Polymer or Poly-Metal magazines. The Howa Mini Action Chassis uses factory Howa magazines.
