EGW red dot sights are designed to be mounted from left to right with the muzzle pointing forward. The dovetail has a progressive taper to simplify the installation process.

To attach your Vortex Viper/Venom, Burris FastFire, or Docter red-dot sight, simply remove the rear sight from your gun and replace it with the EGW mount. You can remove and replace the mount with your rear sight at your convenience. The mounting equipment is included.

Installation instructions:

1. Remove the rear sight*.
2. Install the EGW Sight Mount in the dovetail.
3. Tighten the set screw (if applicable).
4. Place the red dot sight on the EGW Sight Mount (using a small piece of paper between the red dot sight and the sight mount will make it easier to remove and will keep Loctite away from the red dot sight).
5. Apply blue Loctite to the mounting screws provided.
6. Torque mounting screws to 15in/lbs.

The mount comes with two Button Head Cap Screws for Vortex Viper and Venom Sights, and two Flat Head Cap Screws for Burris FastFire and Docter Sights. A 5/64'' allen wrench is required for installing the screws.
