EGW red dot sights should be installed from left to right with the muzzle facing forward. The dovetail has a progressive taper to allow for easier installation.

To mount your Vortex Viper/Venom, Burris FastFire, or Docter red-dot sight, remove the rear sight on your gun and replace it with the EGW Sight Mount. The mount can be removed and the rear sight replaced at any time. Mounting hardware is included.

Installation instructions:
1. Remove the rear sight.
2. Install the EGW Sight Mount in the dovetail.
3. Tighten the set screw (if applicable).
4. Place the red dot sight on the EGW Sight Mount (placing a small piece of paper between the red dot sight and the sight mount will make for easier removal and will keep Loctite off the red dot sight).
5. Apply blue Loctite to the provided mounting screws.
6. Torque mounting screws to 15in/lbs.
7. Use the 2 Button Head Cap Screws provided for Vortex Viper and Venom Sights, or the 2 Flat Head Cap Screws for Burris FastFire and Docter Sights.

The screws included with this mount require a 5/64'' allen wrench for installation. Modifying your firearm may void the manufacturer's warranty.
