Please note that EGW hammers should not be coated with applications that require heating as this can cause them to become brittle and may void the warranty. While coatings like Robar's NP3 are safe, it is best to check with the coater before proceeding to ensure the process is suitable for heat-treated components. Coating the hammer can lead to fractures, which will also void the warranty.
