Designed to meet the needs of modern warfare, this barrel is made from high-quality, ordnance-grade carbon steel, with a chrome-lined bore and chamber, and a traditional matte black Parkerized finish.

The Colt 11.5" Heavy Profile Barrel comes ready to install, with a barrel extension, M4-type (round) front handguard cap, and front sight tower/gas block all included. The gas port is drilled for a carbine-length gas tube, adding an extra measure of reliability to any pistol build.

Other features of this barrel include a 1-7" rifling twist, 1/2"-28 tpi muzzle threads, and a front sight tower/gas block with a bayonet lug. The front sight post is also included, but the carbine-length gas tube is not.
