Brownells Ruger American BRN-1 Chassis is a popular rifle upgrade option, designed by MDT exclusively for Brownells. It is inspired by MDT's LSS rifle chassis and provides enhanced setup for precision long-range shooters.
The chassis is made up of 6061 aluminum and has a V-shaped bedding system for accommodating most heavy barrels. This bedding system assures maximum accuracy by free-floating rifle barrels. The chassis is also compatible with AR-style buffer tubes, which unlocks a vast aftermarket of AR-15 buttstock accessories. The use of AR-style pistol grips enables the owners to customize their rifles in a number of ways.
The Forend comes with M-LOK attachment points, and the chassis allows for a maximum recoil-lug compatibility of .350 inch. The AICS pattern magazines are also supported.
