Introducing the latest addition to the Aero Precision Handguard lineup - the ATLAS R-ONE. This handguard series comes in KeyMod and M-LOK® profiles, with 12" and 15" sizes available (with 7" and 9" coming soon). The R-ONE is designed to be lightweight, produced from 6061-T6 Aluminum, and is created with size and weight in mind. You can trust the ATLAS proprietary attachment system to maintain a slim profile while still delivering durable and dependable mounting support, ensuring you get the strength and stability typical of Aero Precision handguards.

The new Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) is functional and aesthetically designed. It comes equipped with 2 tapered locking nuts that deliver evenly distributed clamping pressure across an engineered barrel nut, achieved with the use of a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent enhances the stability even further and secures the design while ensuring positive registration during installation. Thanks to this design, the even pressure of the ATLAS system prevents distortion of the handguard during installation, which is common in many current applications.

All hardware mounting parts are included when you opt for an ATLAS Handguard so you won't have to purchase any additional hardware. The KeyMod Handguard Weights are 7" - 5.12 oz, 9" - 5.92 oz, 12" - 7.84 oz and 15" - 8.96 oz whereas the M-LOK Handguard Weights are 7" - 5.22 oz, 9" - 6.03 oz, 12" - 8 oz and 15" - 9.07 oz. The Mounting Hardware Weight is 4.72 oz, and this weight is fixed across all offered ATLAS Handguard configurations.

In terms of features, the ATLAS Handguards boast a full top Picatinny rail, allowing you to add attachments as you desire. You'll also find a quick disconnect sling socket at the 3, 6 and 9 o'clock positions and these handguards are fully compatible with low-profile gas blocks. The inside diameter measures 1.3," while the outside diameter measures 1.5" - keeping things slim and sleek. The handguards are fully compatible with Mil-Spec AR-15 upper receivers and barrels. Do note that the ATLAS Handguards are designed to blend seamlessly with our M4E1 Threaded Upper Receivers, but they're also compatible with any Mil-Spec AR-15 upper receivers.
