Introducing the ATLAS R-ONE, the latest in the Aero Precision Handguard range. Our R-ONE handguards are built with weight and size in mind, delivering a lightweight and perfectly sized handguard for your build. Constructed from 6061-T6 Aluminum, the ATLAS attachment system offers a strong and dependable mounting platform while maintaining a slim profile. Available in KeyMod and M-LOK® profiles, with 12" and 15" options, our 7" and 9" choices will soon be available too.
The new Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) is not only practical but also aesthetically pleasing. It features two mirrored tapered locking nuts, including clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut. A ratcheting detent provides positive registration during installation and secures the design, preventing distortion of the handguard.
All ATLAS Handguards include the necessary mounting hardware.
With KeyMod Handguard Weights of 5.12 oz for 7”, 5.92 oz for 9”, 7.84 oz for 12” and 8.96 oz for 15”, the M-LOK Handguard Weights of 5.22 oz for 7”, 6.03 oz for 9”, 8 oz for 12”, and 9.07 oz for 15” are also available. The Mounting Hardware Weight is 4.72 oz, which remains the same across all available ATLAS Handguard options.
Our ATLAS Handguards come with a range of features, including a full top Picatinny rail, quick disconnect sling socket positions at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock locations, compatibility with low profile gas blocks, a 1.3" inside diameter, and a 1.5" outside diameter. Furthermore, they are compatible with mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers and barrels.
ATLAS Handguards perfectly complement our M4E1 Threaded Upper Receivers and are compatible with any Mil-Spec AR-15 upper receiver. Nonetheless, they may not work with billet upper receivers due to indexing tabs. Save when you buy them as a combo.
