Introducing the ATLAS R-ONE - the latest addition to Aero Precision's line of handguards. These handguards are made out of 6061-T6 Aluminum and are designed to be lightweight. The proprietary ATLAS attachment system is both sturdy and takes up minimal space, giving aerodynamic lines to your build.

These handguards come in two profiles - KeyMod and M-LOK - and is available in 12" and 15" options, with 7" and 9" options coming soon. All hardware mounting parts are included with the purchase of an ATLAS Handguard.

The ATLAS system has 2 tapered locking nuts that evenly distribute clamping pressure across a specially-engineered barrel nut using a turnbuckle screw. The ratcheting detent secures the handguard design whilst also assisting in installation. This design equally distributes pressure, so there is no distortion of the handguard during setup.

The lightweight design of these handguards make them ideal for lightweight builds, and each come in different weights: KeyMod Handguard Weights: 7" - 5.12 oz / 9" - 5.92 oz / 12" - 7.84 oz / 15" - 8.96 oz. M-LOK Handguard Weights: 7" - 5.22 oz / 9" - 6.03 oz / 12" - 8 oz / 15" - 9.07 oz. Mounting hardware weight is uniform at 4.72 oz for all ATLAS Handguard options.

These handguards are feature-packed with a full top Picatinny rail for the attachment of optional components, quick-disconnect sling sockets at the 3, 6 and 9 o'clock positions, and compatibility with low profile gas blocks. With a 1.3" inside diameter and a 1.5" outside diameter, these handguards are compatible with mil-spec AR15 upper receivers and barrels.

ATLAS Handguards have been designed to be a perfect match with Aero Precision’s M4E1 Threaded Upper Receivers but are also compatible with any Mil-Spec AR-15 upper receivers. However, they may not be compatible with billet upper receivers due to indexing tabs. Save money when you buy as a combo.
