The quick-release riser system is designed to mount to any flattop upper receiver, elevating the EOTech sight by ¼". This results in easier sighting, as the iron sights appear in the lower one third of the EOTech view. To make installation and removal a breeze, the locking throw lever is employed. Additionally, the system is adjustable for a precise fit without the need for any special tools. A stepped section situated at the rear permits the mounting of a magnifier or night vision device.
